Please understand the COVID precautions in effect. We assume there will be no mitigation of the rules by the time of our event. If you are bringing guests, please advise them of the rules.
We will check in on the first floor of the University Club. Valet parking is included in the cost, but remember to tip when you retrieve your vehicle. Once we run the gauntlet in the lobby, we will be good to go.
The bar is on the fourth floor, and munchies (served by wandering waiters) and a table of more fantastic munchies are included.
The Dining room is on the third floor and, outside of the head table and some seating for special guests, there is no reserved seating. We look forward to seeing everyone and having a great time.
The Club adheres strictly to San Francisco Covid Guidelines. The rules followed are:
All persons entering the Club MUST provide proof of vaccination and of course, wear a mask. If you forget to bring proof, you will not be allowed into the club. No exceptions. They are, and will continue to be, a "safe space."
Other than proof, Medical Letters of exemption as well as religious with letters and reasons can be accepted as well, but will cause a review with management to happen first.
Once in the club and up on the 3rd and 4th floors for drinking and eating (meaning past the guard desk), masks may be removed.
Because we are set up in a food buffet, no food may be removed from the Club. Covid and Club Rules.
We hope that there won't be an issue that night, especially with a forgot-situation. According to the Club, this has happened to them on more than one occasion.
Accommodations are available at the Marines Memorial Club located at 609 Sutter Street, San Francisco, California. Just mention the “Naval Order Pearl Harbor Day Memorial Dinner" when you make reservations. Call 1-800-562-7463
