The “Element Downtown” Hotel:

When you come to Philadelphia this Fall, you’ll have plenty to see and do starting with the Naval Order’s 2025 Congress, being held at the Marriott’s scenic “Element”, a new hotel with many terrific amenities, located in the center of downtown Philadelphia at 1441 Chestnut Street. The Element is just steps away from great nightlife and many terrific restaurants.

More Time to Sightsee:

We have designed this year’s Congress to maximize the number of opportunities for you and your guest(s) to take advantage of all that Philadelphia has to offer, including some of the Homecoming 250 events.

As we get closer, we’ll provide more details on special events, tours, restaurants, etc. For the moment, just know that Thursday of our Congress will be a completely open day for all to sightsee and tour around Philadelphia.

About Homecoming 250:

You’ll be able to participate in many of the activities associated with the Homecoming 250 celebration, which precedes (and overlaps) our Congress by a week and runs October 8-18.

If you come early, you’ll be able to stay at the Element; attend the Navy Homecoming 250 ball on Saturday, 11 October; participate in October 12, 13, and 14 “Homecoming 250” events; and tour Philadelphia until the start of our Naval Order Congress on Wednesday, 15 October.

About Rooms and Rates:

The “Element Downtown, Philadelphia” has created a block of 40 rooms (20 singles, 20 doubles) at the discounted rate of $195 ($228 with tax) for Naval Order Companions for the nights of Tuesday, October 14 (arrive) through Saturday, October 18 (depart Sunday).

The hotel has extended the Congress rate for a block of 10 rooms to accommodate Companions who plan to attend the Navy Ball on Saturday, October 11.

Companions are cautioned against using 3rd party reservation websites because they may not be eligible for certain benefits or count towards our minimum occupancy requirements agreed to with the hotel. Individual guests will pay their own sleeping room rates and incidental charges. At the time of check-in, each guest will be required to present a major credit card on which the hotel may place a hold in accordance with its standard procedure.

Cost of the Congress and of the Navy Ball are separate and will be provided when available.
