Admiral Keating is the 2013 recipient of the Naval Order’s Distinguished Sea Service Award. A naval aviator, he was Commander, U.S. Northern Command, North American Aerospace Defense Command, and U.S. Pacific Command. Admiral Keating graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1971.
