The Rear Admiral Thomas F. Brown III Memorial Award was presented to LTJG Sophia Quick, USCG, as the Pilot of the Year for 2024 at Air Station Houston, Ellington Joint Reserve Base, Texas. The selection was made by the Chief of Air Training, and the Naval Order prepares and presents the award plaque.
