LTJG Michael R. Travers, USCG
The Rear Admiral Thomas F. Brown III Memorial Award was presented for the first time to LTJG Michael R. Travers, USCG, as the Pilot of the Year for 2022 onboard the USS Midway, RADM Brown’s former command in San Diego. The selection was made by the Chief of Air Training, and the Naval Order prepares and presents the award plaque.
